Splash Dive Guides & Boat Operators
Our team consists of Palauans, Japanese, and Filipino.
We have Palauans and Japanese PADI dive Instructors who have a great deal of diving experiences and broad knowledge of Palau’s reefs and waters.
Our boat operators are all Palauans with long and safe boat operating records and valid licenses. |

Distinction
 All of our friendly Guides are employed full-time.
They have been involved in the industry for almost 2 decades and they can work and relate amongst others with one goal to perform, service and ensure divers safety & satisfaction.
Our guiding ratio is 6 divers to 1 guide.

Reservation
Reservations must be made by one day prior to activity day before 5:00pm.
Early reservation is recoomended during peak season.

Requirements
On the first activity day , please provide the following:
*Voucher ( if any )
*Certification card
*and purchase one of the 2 types of state permit.  see the Tour General info
#A voucher is needed only if your diving was booked through an agent.
#A certification card allows you to dive with Splash
